Who we are

Dutch Dealers Studio B.V. operates the website dutchdealers.com ("Dutch Dealers", "we", "us"). Our registered office is at Kneuterdijk 8, 2514 EN Den Haag. We are the controller of any personal data collected through this site.

What data we collect

• Contact form data — name, email address, and message when you write to us via the Contact page.
• Technical log data — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page path, collected automatically by Cloudflare on each request. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and performance purposes.
• Cookie and local-storage data — consent preference (__cc_v1), age-gate confirmation (__age_ok), and game-session state (stored in localStorage, not transmitted to our servers). See our Cookie Policy for full details.
• Analytics data — anonymised visit statistics collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no cookies required for this component).

We do not collect payment data, government ID, or any sensitive personal data. Dutch Dealers has no real-money system and never requests financial information.

How we use your data

• To respond to your support enquiries (contact form data).
• To keep the site secure, diagnose errors, and improve performance (log data).
• To understand aggregate visitor behaviour and improve our content (anonymised analytics).
• To honour your cookie consent choices (consent preference cookie).

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

Legal basis (EU GDPR)

We process your data on the following bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as applicable in the Netherlands under the Uitvoeringswet AVG:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for security log data and strictly-necessary technical operations.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics, functional preferences, and any advertising cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing your browser storage.
• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — for processing your contact-form message to reply to your enquiry.

Our supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Data retention

• Support emails: retained for 12 months from resolution, then deleted.
• Cloudflare server logs: up to 30 days.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; no individual retention limit.
• Cookie preferences: up to 12 months (stored in your browser).

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — infrastructure, CDN, and Web Analytics. Data processed under a Data Processing Addendum. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google LLC — Google Ads measurement cookies may be set when you arrive via a paid campaign, subject to your consent. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Legal authorities, where required by law.

Your rights

Under the EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise any right, email support@dutchdealers.com.
