We use cookies and similar technologies to keep Dutch Dealers running reliably, remember your preferences (such as your cookie consent choice and age-gate confirmation), and understand how visitors use our games so we can improve them. 4. Lawful basis
We operate under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), supervised by the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP). Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of legitimate interest — they are essential to provide the service you request. All other cookie categories require your prior, freely given, and informed consent (opt-in). You may withdraw your consent at any time. The Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG implements the GDPR into national law; cookie consent rules follow the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens guidance on cookies.
5. How to manage your cookies on Dutch Dealers
When you first visit the site, a cookie-consent banner gives you the choice to "Accept all" or "Essential only". Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key __cc_v1. To change your preference at any time, clear that key using your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → dutchdealers.com) or delete all site data for dutchdealers.com in your browser settings — then reload the page and the banner will reappear.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and advertising cookies — only strictly necessary cookies will be set. We do not currently respond to the older Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal, as there is no agreed standard for its implementation. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
