Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using dutchdealers.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Dutch Dealers Studio B.V., registered at Kneuterdijk 8, 2514 EN Den Haag (42763901), operates the Site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Dutch Dealers. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and to suspend access where we reasonably suspect a user is under 18.

Nature of the service — no real-money gambling

Dutch Dealers is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment purposes only. All games use virtual Golden Guilders. Golden Guilders:

• have no monetary value of any kind;
• cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed;
• cannot be converted into real money, prizes, or any tangible benefit;
• are provided free of charge and reset on page refresh.

Dutch Dealers does not constitute gambling under any applicable law. No real money is staked or won at any time. No licence for real-money gambling is held or required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Site or its games.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site.
• Introduce malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent Dutch Dealers as a real-money gambling platform.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Dutch Dealers Studio B.V. or any third party.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Dutch Dealers brand, Hendrick the fox mascot, Canal Reels game assets, lore text, and all visual designs — is the property of Dutch Dealers Studio B.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Dutch Dealers Studio B.V. makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Game outcomes are determined by a pseudo-random number generator for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Dutch Dealers Studio B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
